Dribble while laying down.
Lay down flat of your back. Then dribble the ball on your right side for 6 seconds.
Then sit up, as you would do if you where doing a sit up, and dribble in front of you and switch hand and lay back down. Keep switching hands for 10 minuites. This helps your ballhandling and builds your abs.
