Description:

Teaches boxing out and use of leverage. Also strengthens legs.

Instructions:

Players line up around the mid-court circle. 2 players enter the circle, back to back. When the whistle blows, players push back with their legs and try and get the other player out of the circle. They continue until 1 is pushed out, or coach blows the whistle.

Tips:

Have players outside the circle catch and player who may fall.
