The game will be set up just like a normal 5 on 5 game. Normal rules apply.
One team starts with the ball and has approximately 7 seconds to get a shot off. Coaches count down if it seems the team will not attempt a shot soon. If the team scores they take the ball out and are headed down to attack the other end. If the defense steals it or the shot is missed and you rebound they take off to the other end. Set up chairs about 5-7 feet inside the sideline and tell your wings they must go outside the chairs. Play for an slotted amount of time and keep score.

Emphasize pushing the ball. Although they will occasionally take bad shots because of the countdown, realize that is only to make more conditioning. Make sure the players are getting back.
