You need 4 passers, each with a ball, 2 located in the low corners and at 2 the foul line extended. 2 rebounders are also needed, and 1 shooter. Run this drill for 1 minute per shooter.
The shooter starts at the left low block in post up position. Shooter receives the bounce pass from the corner, squares up and shoots, then hustles up to the right elbow where they will receive a pass, catch it, square up, and shoot. Then hustle straight down to the right block, catch the bounce pass, square up, and shoot. Turn and cross to the left elbow, catch the pass, square up and shoot. Then hustle down to the left block and the pattern starts over. again.

This is an excellent shooting and conditioning drill. I coach 7th and 8th grade girls and they can get off between 18 and 23 shots per session. Put an emphasis on receiving the pass and squaring up.
The 2 rebounders can play hand up defense when the shooter gets in the block area or you can add extra rebounders and play hand up defense at the elbows. This adds an extra element to the drill.
