Form two lines on the right hand side of the backboard on opposite baskets.
Players tip the ball off the backboard to the person behind them.
Set the clock for 2 minutes.
As the first player tips the ball off the backboard, they then roll off to the left and sprint to the other end of the court to tip the ball to the person next in line.
Repeat on the left side, but roll out to the right.
Make sure you encourage your players to keep hustling. You will soon find out who is in shape and who isn't.
If players are slowing down and the player behind them can pass them, then do so.
If the ball touches the floor, reset the clock.
Vary the time limit.
