This drill will help your rebounding and jumping and if you can't, you will soon be able to dunk!
First do a good warm up (about 5 minutes). Make sure that you stretch everything, especially your legs. Get under a basket and keep on jumping like mad but in control. As soon as you land, jump back up again very quickly until you get tired. Make sure that you swing up your arms to help you jump higher.
Using a jump rope for about 1 hour a day will help your leg strength increase and you need leg strength to jump high.

Keep on practicing for about 10 weeks. It is a lot but you will definately benefit from it.
