This drill has never failed me.

Instructions:

This is kinda complicated, you have the ball in your right, at the SAME TIME, you cross the ball to your left and jump foward and slightly to the left with your right leg foward, right when you land on your right leg quickly jump backwards and toward the left for a wide open j.
