For perfect ballhandling you want to have strong fingertips. This drill is to strengthen and improve your finger tips.
To strengthen fingertips place your hands in front of you about 3-4 inches apart and volley the ball back an forth between your fingers (use fingertips only no thumb eighter ) about 5-10 minutes then bring your hands up in front your face contiue volleying tha ball for an additional 3 minutes then put your hands behind your head and continue volleying the ball back and forth between your fingertips for another 3 minutes then bring it down lo bend your knees as far as you can and continue for another 3 minutes.

This drill should be done in spare time before, during, and after practices and before games.
