Player starts 1 foot below elbow facing back board with ball in hand. They throw ball off back board and defence slide accross to opposite elbow where they grab ball and toss off board again.
They repeat 5 times then they catch and shoot the short jumpers hard to bucket on one side (next time drive is called they got to other side).
