Technical Support
Please follow the instructions below to fix the most common video problems:
- Reboot your computer -- One of the first things to try when attempting to fix computer problems is to reboot your computer. Often, memory conflicts or program conflicts are causing problems with Windows Media Player. Rebooting your computer may fix these conflicts.
- Download the latest version of Windows Media Player -- The latest version of Windows Media Player will give you better and more stable video playback. Please download and install the latest version of Windows Media Player by clicking on this button:

- Firewall Issues -- Many video playback issues can be caused by your firewall. To verify that your firewall is causing the error, temporarily disable your firewall. If you are able to view the Online Basketball Clinic, re-enable your firewall and follow the instructions on the Firewall Information page.
Please visit the Firewall Information page for detailed instructions on configuring your firewall. (If you are directed to the "Error" page when you try to play a video, you are very likely having issues with your firewall.) - More tips will be coming soon!
If these solutions do not solve your problems, please email us at info@BasketballCoach.com and we will do our best to get you up and running as soon as possible!
