Depending how it is used in context, I assume that it means a system that runs smoothly from "Early: Offense [2 on 1, 3 on 2]
into Secondary Attack and finally into your base man or zone offense without pulling the ball out to the point and 'Set it up, set it up". I just called "Mango" or "Zorro" to indicate which version of secondary. The philosophy is to not give the defense time to rest or fix mismatches. I hope that helps.
