Defending the R & R
December 21, 2010 06:09PM
I'm going to a school that runs totally the read and react, no sets, no plays, no zone offense no press break, no inbounds--nothing but read and react. I'm wondering how others would defense this. It seems to me the best way to decide how much of I would run is to find out how difficult it is to defend. From what I have seen it is almost unstoppable if your talent is way better than your opponoent. Of course so is everything else.

Read and React works extremely well against help and recover
but not as well versus rotation.
