Makes you shoot a lot better when you are tired.
One of the persons stays at the freethrow line then the man stands under the hoop and goes into the corner he recieves the ball and shoots then retrieve the shot and go under the hoop again and do it 7 times then run to half court and back and do the same for 5-3-1 it will hurt your legs but after you do it you will be able to shoot while you are tired.
