Start to the right or left of the hoop roughly one foot out from the backboard. Using the same hand as the side your standing on, perform a shot off the backboard, get the rebound (keeping the ball above your head) and then do the same on the other side. The rythm should be 'Left, Right, Left, Right' and so on, not 'Left, Left, Right' etc. For goal setting, a good target is to get 50 consecutive baskets. If you miss, start again!
