Description:

You run back and forth sprinting, shooting threes. 100 of them. Helps stamina and shooting while tired and worn down. Works late in the game when you need a three.

Instructions:

Just run around the arc shooting threes.

Number of Players:

1 or 2. Two would work better someone to retrieve the balls

Tips:

Don't stop running. Its meant for you to get tired.
