A hard drill if done properly.
Get 1 or 2 peole outside the 3 point line, have 1 ball, pass it off to 1 of them and make them shoot it. When the ball comes down, reach up and grab the ball with 2 hands.

Play the game with intesity training and playing a proper game.
You can have 2 rebounders fighting for the boards or more shooters.
Coordination, jumping skills, vision and awareness of where the ball will land.
