Instructions:

Run down the court to the baseline and back 6 times in 45 seconds. If you don't get it by then, do 25 pushups and repeat with 10 more seconds of leighway.

Number of Players:

As many as you want.

Tips:

Pace yourself the first couple times down and back and then finish strong on the last 2 or 3.

None

Skills:

Conditioning up and down the court like it was a game situation.
