Instructions:

The player stands and moves her legs in a scissors-like fashion, with her toes pointing straight ahead. The player should keep her back straight and should not bend over.

The player dribbles the ball through her legs form front to back, from one hand to the other, as she jumps and shifts her feet.

The player should try to complete fifty to one hundred bounces without making a mistake.

Tips:

This is a great coordination drill, especially for big players.

The player should maintain control of the ball at all times.

The player should concentrate on quickness.
