Basketball Conditioning Drills - SLIDE DRILL

Description:

None

Instructions:

The player stands midway between two (imaginary) lines 6-7 meters apart.

The player assumes a defensive position with her knees bent, head up, and arms up.

The player slides back and forth and touches the lines with her feet, maing sure that her feet do not touch each other as she slides.

The player continues jumping in this manner for one minute, and repeats the drill 3-5 times.
