Place two balls on either side of the paint (key) area. Have two people stand where the two basketballs are. They place the balls back in position each time the shooter makes a layup. Another player stands under the basket. His/her job is to rebound the ball each time the shooter makes a layup. He then passes it as quickly as he can to the two people standing on either side of the key. They then set it on the spot in front of them, where the ball had began. The shooters object is to go back and forth and try to make as many layups as he can in 1 minute. Keep track of your score. Whoever loses does ten pushups.

Square up to the basket and face the backboard. If you don't, the defender can come in and swat the ball away.
