Start on the base line. Run to the foul line and run back. But on your way back, run backwards instead of forward. Then run to the halfcourt line and run back to the baseline backwards. Repeat this for the oppisite foul line and other baseline.



Number of Players:

Doesn't matter.


Don't overwork the players. It is a very hard drill especially when you first start it. Run it atleast 5 times. As the players get better at it, do it more times. Also, make sure you encourage all the players, the slower ones especially. Tell them that after a while, they wont be the slowest any more.




Builds stamina, leg strength, balance and speed.
