1. Call 1-800-873-2730 for a return authorization within 15-days of receipt of goods. Returned items must be in NEW condition.
2. After receiving a return authorization, return the products including the following:
   1. Invoice number/ or copy of packing slip
   2. Title and item number of your exchange items.
   3. Reason for return.
