Q: I just became a ChampCoach Member! How do I access my ChampCoach video library?

A: Go to ChampionshipProductions.com, login (top right corner) with your email and whatever password you created. Once logged in, click on
My Memberships” and then click the ChampCoach icon to be taken to the video library.

For the Championship App:

For iPhones or iPads, go to the app store and search for “Championship Productions, Inc.” Install the free app. Log in with your email address and PIN #.

If using an Android device, you’ll search for the “Championship Productions” app. Install the free app. Log in with your email address and PIN #.

Q: How do I find the instant video I bought?

A: Go to ChampionshipProductions.com, login (top right corner) with your email and whatever password you created. Once logged in, click on “My Videos” and then click the video you want to start watching.

Q: The app is asking for a PIN! Where’s my PIN for the Championship Productions App?

A: Login to your account in the top right hand corner of our website. If you’re already logged in, it will say “[Your Name’s] Account.” Click that link. Once in your account click on “My Videos” on the left column menu. You will now be redirected to a page which will list your PIN number toward the middle right of the screen.
Please note: you cannot change your PIN number, this number is assigned to your account.

Q: What’s an “Instant Video”?

A: Instant videos have the exact same content as the hard copy DVDs, but you get access to them immediately after you purchase them. Access is available at www.ChampionshipProductions.com through your account page or on the Championship Productions apps.

You can stream over the internet to multiple devices (smart phones, tablets, computers, etc.) or download for offline viewing via the Championship Productions App. However, you cannot download the videos directly to your hard drive, flash drive, or to a recordable DVD. The downloaded videos are housed only within the app. Your access to your purchased videos will NEVER expire.

Q: Are ALL the videos available to you if you sign up for ChampCoach?

A: While hundreds of videos are available with each sport-specific membership, not all titles are included. New releases are excluded for the first one-two years of the video’s life and are sold only as individual titles during that time. If a video is included in the membership, it will have the ChampCoach icon next to it on the product page.

 

To see a list of videos available in ChampCoach, navigate to your sport on the website and in the left column click on “ChampCoach Videos.” You can also access the list by clicking on your respective sport here: Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Wrestling, Track & Field, Softball, Soccer, Swimming, Lacrosse, Baseball, Hockey, Tennis, & Water Polo.

Q: What channel do I need to install on my Roku to watch my videos?

A: Install the “Intelivideo” channel and login with your account email address and assigned PIN number.

Q: I have forgotten my password! Can you help me?

Yes! Just visit the Lost Password page and enter your email address. Password reset instructions will be emailed to you. Also check your spam/junk folder for the email. If you are still having problems, please Contact Us.

Q: Do you take purchase orders?

A: Yes, by email, fax, or mail. The purchase order should include billing and shipping information, accounts payable fax number or email address, phone number, purchase order number, item numbers, and an authorized signature. Also send a copy of your tax exempt certificate. Email to: [email protected] or fax to 1-515-232-3739.

Q: I am paying with a tax exempt school credit card. How can I get tax exempt status on your website?

A: Depending on what state you are purchasing from, tax may be automatically collected on the website. If you need to place a tax exempt order, please first email a copy of your tax exempt certificate to [email protected]. Next, call us at 800-873-2730 to place your order over the phone or checkout online (paying for tax) and reply to your confirmation email asking for the tax to be refunded.

A: We ship by a combination of UPS or USPS based on destination and weight.

Q: How long before I get my order?

A: Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (if the order is placed on a business day) and delivery time is determined by the shipping method you chose.

Q: In general, how are International shipping/handling charges calculated?

A: The shipping/handling charge is calculated based on the weight of the package and your shipping address. Please add items to your shopping cart and visit the checkout page. Your shipping/handling charges will be automatically calculated.

Q: How long until I receive my International order?

A: This varies greatly from country to country, but generally expect your package within 7 to 11 business days.

Q: Will your DVD be compatible with my DVD player?

A: At Championship Productions, we want you to have the best experience possible with our DVD products, so our DVDs are produced using only top-quality disks to ensure a high level of compatibility with your DVD player. Our discs are also coded “0” which means they will work universally in domestic and international DVD players or computers with disc drives.
